How to Initiate a Return: To start your return, simply send an email to return@giasee.com explaining the issue with your product. Please include your order number in the email for faster processing.

Return Period: Once you’ve contacted us, you have 10 working days to dispatch the product back to us.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will conduct a quick check. Once the product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed promptly. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.
